Concrete made to your order

Ready-mixed concrete. A mix prepared at our batching plant and delivered to your site by truck mixer. When you order, we agree the parameters from the design, the quantity and the unloading method. See our concrete offer.

Special concretes. We offer the following types of concrete: watertight, frost-resistant, fibre-reinforced and with a winter admixture. The required properties have to be agreed for the specific element and the conditions it will be used in — we match the parameters to the design, so please ask.

Concrete for your project. An order for strip footings looks different from a delivery for a suspended floor. Have the requirements from the design ready, and when we talk we will also agree the transport and the equipment needed.

What are you planning to concrete?

Foundations. Strip footings, foundation slab and foundation walls: check what information to prepare before you order.

Suspended floor. Plan the quantity of concrete, the sequence of deliveries and placing the concrete at height.

Floor slab. Agree the mix and the delivery with the flooring contractor, taking into account the load on the floor and how it will be finished.

Driveway. When choosing the mix, take into account vehicle traffic, water, frost and contact with de-icing salt.

Industrial building or business premises. For a larger pour, plan the quantity of concrete and the rate of delivery with your construction crew. Call us and we will agree a schedule of loads.

  1. Contact. Tell us the location of the site, the planned date and the type of element. If you have already worked out the quantity, have it ready when you call.
  2. Parameters and quantity. We set the requirements for the mix based on the information in the design. You can estimate the quantity beforehand with the calculator.
  3. Date. We agree whether delivery is possible and how the concrete will be unloaded. If you need a pump, tell us when you first get in touch.
  4. Production. The concrete is produced at our plant in Jakubowice to a mix design that matches your order.
  5. Delivery. The concrete arrives at a prepared site. Your crew should be ready to receive it, place it and cure it.

How much concrete do you need?

Transport to your site

The minimum order with delivery is 1 m³. We have truck mixers and our own concrete pump and truck-mounted mixer pump, which combines transporting the concrete with placing it. The choice of equipment depends on the quantity, where the concrete is placed and where the vehicle can be positioned.

Before you order, check the access road, the gate and the unloading area. A narrow road, soft ground or overhead lines above the entrance may change how the concrete is delivered. Read about delivery and check the delivery area.

Would you like to know the cost?

For a quote, we mainly need information about the concrete, the quantity and the delivery location. Also tell us if you need a pump and about any access difficulties. That way the quote will reflect your site. See what the price depends on.

Aggregates for work on your plot and site

We sell sand, sand-gravel mix, gravel, crushed stone and chippings, sub-base mixes, and decorative aggregates. You buy the materials by the tonne, delivered by tipper truck or collected by you. Before you order, decide on the type and the fraction, that is, the grain size. See our aggregates.

Earthworks

We offer foundation excavation, land levelling, site preparation, and road and car park sub-bases. We work with an excavator, a backhoe loader, a bulldozer and a roller. Before we can quote, we need information about the scope of work, the ground and access. See our earthworks services.

What do you get?

  • Two batching plants. At Jakubowice 76 we run two independent HARTMANN batching plants. Production does not depend on a single installation, and in total we can produce up to 360 m³ of concrete per day.

  • Collection from the plant. You can collect the concrete yourself once the collection terms have been agreed.
