Concrete delivery area from Jakubowice

Concrete leaves our plant in Jakubowice near Proszowice. We deliver up to 50 km from the plant, measured along the truck-mixer route. To check whether we can deliver to your site, we need its location and details of the access to the plot.

Checking the distance for a car on a map is not enough. The route of a concrete truck has to take road and bridge restrictions into account. The exact place of the pour may also be further away than the point used in the list of municipalities.

Check your municipality

The list shows the municipalities (gminy) we deliver to and those with the status “on request”. If your town or village is in one of them, give its name in your enquiry. We will also need a description of the last stretch of the access route, especially if it is a dirt road or the entrance is narrow.

Does the cost depend on a zone?

We do not divide the area into zones and we have no fixed distance surcharges. We calculate the transport cost in every quote, for the specific delivery location. The kilometres and travel time to the seat of the municipality help with planning, but they are not a promise that every plot can be reached in the same time.

What does the status “on request” mean?

The status “on request” means that delivery has to be agreed with the office before you order. Give the more precise location of the site, the planned quantity and the date. Do not book your crew on the strength of the status in the list alone.

Why do we measure the route rather than the radius?

A concrete truck cannot use every road that a car can. A detour can make the journey longer, even if the town or village seems close to the plant. A fuller explanation and the access requirements are on the Concrete delivery page.

What information helps us check delivery?

Have ready the town or village and the municipality, the approximate quantity of concrete, the type of element and the date. Tell us whether a pump is needed. Also tell us about any known access restrictions, narrow roads on the way and where the truck can stand.

The table gives an approximate travel time without traffic — treat it as a guide. The actual journey is affected by traffic, roadworks, the weather and the access to the site itself.

Is your municipality not on the list?

Call the office and tell us the location. First we have to check whether the order can be fulfilled; if your municipality is not on the list, delivery is not confirmed. You can also collect concrete from the plant once the collection terms have been agreed.

Questions about the delivery area

Will you deliver concrete to my town or village?

Check your municipality in the table and give the exact location of the site in your enquiry. Whether a truck can get onto the plot is assessed separately from whether the municipality is in the delivery area.

How long does the journey to the site take?

The time depends on the actual route and the road conditions. The approximate value in the list does not allow for every possible obstacle or for the unloading time.

Is there a surcharge for longer distances?

We have no zones and no fixed surcharges. The transport cost is part of every quote and depends on the route to your site. Ask about the cost of the whole order, not just the concrete. Pricing information.
