Betoniarnia Jakubowice — production, transport and aggregates
Betoniarnia Jakubowice is a production plant at Jakubowice 76, near Proszowice. We produce concrete and organise its delivery to building sites. We also sell aggregates, delivered by tipper truck or collected by you.
Betoniarnia Jakubowice is a brand of the business Zbigniew Kubik „Firma Kubik”. The company has been operating since the 1990s. We have been producing concrete in Jakubowice since 2024 — this is a newer part of the business, which we are developing together with transport, the pump and the sale of aggregates.
For you as a customer, an order starts with a few specifics: what is being built, what the design requires, how much concrete is needed and how it will be placed. The concrete parameters and the delivery arrangements have to be agreed together. Even a well-prepared mix needs a ready access route, a crew on site and a curing plan.

The plant in Jakubowice
We run two independent HARTMANN batching plants here. Production does not depend on a single installation, and in total we can produce up to 360 m³ of concrete per day. The concrete is made to a mix design that meets the requirements of the order. The plant holds a factory production control (FPC) certificate and national declarations of performance. Collection by the customer is possible at the plant. Before you come, the quantity, the mix and the transport conditions have to be agreed. This avoids a situation where the vehicle or the collection plan does not match the order.
Delivering and placing concrete
In regular service we have 3 truck mixers with capacities of 9 m³ and 10–12 m³, and when needed we send more trucks to the site. We also have our own concrete pump and truck-mounted mixer pump. The placing method is agreed according to the element and where the equipment can be set up. A suspended floor or a spot far from the truck needs different arrangements from direct unloading by chute.
We deliver concrete up to 50 km by truck-mixer route from the plant in Jakubowice. We check whether we can deliver to a specific plot, taking into account the road and access conditions. See the delivery area.
Aggregates for your site and plot
We sell sand, sand-gravel mix, gravel, crushed stone and chippings, sub-base mixes, and decorative aggregates. We buy them from suppliers. We sell the material by the tonne; the type, fraction and availability should be agreed before you order.
