The controller of the data provided in this form is Zbigniew Kubik „Firma Kubik”, Mniszów 5, 32-120 Mniszów, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 682-100-76-44. We use the data to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and agree the delivery conditions (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep the enquiry in our enquiry database for 3 years from submission, and database backups for 3 years from the date the backup was made.

The enquiry is stored on the website server and sent to our office by e-mail via the Resend service, which stores some of the data in the USA.
