When you receive concrete on site, both the parameters of the order and the documents for the mix are important. We provide the factory production control certificate and national declarations of performance on request.
If you are looking for the document for your delivery, have the details from the delivery note or the order to hand. The strength class alone may not be enough to identify the right declaration.

Factory production control certificate
Betoniarnia Jakubowice holds a factory production control certificate, FPC for short (ZKP in Polish). The document covers the control system at the plant; its scope should be read together with the information given in the certificate.
It is not a blanket guarantee that every element on site will be built correctly. The properties of the finished structure also depend on how the concrete is transported, placed, compacted and cured.
National declarations of performance
A declaration relates to a specific type of concrete and the properties stated in it. Check the product name or identification to match the document to your order. The designations in the design documents, the order and the delivery should be compared by the person in charge of the site.
Testing and control
The scope of checks on raw materials, fresh concrete and hardened concrete should reflect the actual procedures of the plant. We will describe the tests, how they are carried out and whether the results can be shared once our concrete technologist has confirmed this.
A test result for a sample has to be interpreted in the light of how the sample was taken and stored and the test method used. It cannot be used to assess the whole structure automatically, without knowing the conditions on site.
Questions about documents
Does the plant have an FPC certificate?
Yes. We publish the certificate file and details after checking that the document is current and what it covers.
Will I receive test results for my delivery?
Ask which tests are available for your specific order. Do not assume that every delivery comes with its own full set of results.
