Concrete delivery and concrete pump – Proszowice and the surrounding area
Concrete delivery has to be planned together with the pour. The truck should arrive at a site that is ready, and the crew should be able to take the concrete without delay. That is why we ask about the delivery location, access and placing method before you order.
We deliver concrete from the plant in Jakubowice. Our own concrete pump and truck-mounted mixer pump are also available. Their use must be agreed in advance — especially for a suspended floor, a large pour or a placing point far from where the truck can stand.

TransportDelivery to site
- Range
- up to 50 km by truck-mixer route
- Minimum
- 1 m³ with delivery
- Equipment
- truck mixers 9 m³ and 10–12 m³, concrete pump, truck-mounted mixer pump
How does a delivery work?
- Appoint a person on site who will receive the concrete and can be reached by phone. They should know where unloading will start and in what order the crew will concrete the individual parts.
- Before driving in, the driver must be able to assess the access route and where to position the vehicle. Discharging by chute needs suitable access to the element. If such access is not possible, agree the placing method in advance.
- The driver phones before arriving on site. The person receiving the concrete signs the delivery note (WZ) — check it before unloading starts.
- The chute is washed out on site. Show the driver where to wash it out, and do not let the washout water run into the surface water drains or just anywhere on the plot.
How to book delivery and how far ahead to call
You arrange transport when you order the concrete. Give the date, quantity, location and whether you need a pump. If anything changes on site, contact the office before the concrete is batched.
We have no fixed rule on how many days in advance concrete has to be ordered. Call when you know the planned day of the pour — we will agree a date. In the busy season, the availability of trucks and pumps can limit the dates available, so do not count on next-day delivery without confirmation.
The office is open Monday–Friday 7:00–18:00, Saturday 7:00–12:00.
Saturday deliveries (7:00–17:00) are possible, but they always have to be confirmed — not every date can be met. We agree the delivery date and time by phone.
Delivery from 1 m³ and the number of loads
The minimum order of concrete with delivery is 1 m³. A small order does not require you to buy a full truck-mixer load, but its transport terms are agreed for the specific delivery. We add a surcharge for a part load — the amount is given in the quote.
A larger quantity may need several loads. Our regular fleet is 3 truck mixers with capacities of 9 m³ and 10–12 m³, and more trucks are available if needed, so for a large pour the trucks can arrive one after another. The schedule depends on how much each truck actually carries and on the pace of the crew.
Check the access before delivery
- Road and gate. Measure the narrowest section and the gate opening. Allow for bends and room to manoeuvre.
- Ground. Check that the surface can carry the weight of the vehicle, also after rain. Tracks left by a car do not prove that it has enough bearing capacity.
- Overhead obstructions. Tell us about cables, branches, canopies and other height restrictions.
- Excavations and slopes. The truck’s position near the edge of an excavation must not be chosen at random. The set-up conditions have to be assessed on site.
- Unloading point. Move any materials and vehicles that block access to the element or the set-up of the equipment.
We do not give fixed access dimensions. A truck mixer needs a hard road and an entrance without low-hanging overhead cables.
If you are unsure, send us photos and dimensions before booking a date. The vehicle details must match the actual truck sent to your site.
Concrete pump or mixer pump — which to choose?
A concrete pump can carry the concrete from an accessible set-up position to the point of placing. It does not solve every problem, though: the pump truck needs suitable ground, room for its outriggers and conditions in which the boom can work.
A truck-mounted mixer pump combines transporting the concrete with pumping it. The choice of equipment depends on the needs of the site and on the actual specification of the equipment. Tell us the distance from where the truck will stand, the placing height and any obstacles around it.
We match the equipment to the site — ask about the reach of the pump boom when you order. The concrete pump and mixer pump are charged by the hour, plus travel; the rates are given in the quote.
Range: the vehicle’s route is what counts
We deliver up to 50 km from the plant in Jakubowice, measured along the truck-mixer route — that covers 37 municipalities. We do not use zones or fixed distance surcharges: we calculate the transport cost individually in every quote. The list of municipalities is on the delivery area page.
The straight-line distance does not show the route of a heavy truck. Weight limits, the load capacity of bridges and access conditions may require a detour. To plan a delivery, we need a route suitable for the vehicle, not the shortest option for a car.
The time from batching the concrete to placing it also matters. It depends on the concrete and the conditions, so we do not give a single figure that applies to every delivery.
Unloading and larger pours
Have your crew ready to place and compact the concrete before the truck arrives. Agree the unloading sequence with the person in charge of the work. With several loads, the schedule should allow for the crew’s pace so that trucks do not wait unnecessarily.
If the concrete is to go to two places, tell us in advance. Moving the vehicle, changing the placing method and extra time can affect how the work is organised. Do not adjust the mix yourself by adding water.
We have no fixed rule on unloading and waiting time — the terms are given in the quote.
Questions about delivery
Does concrete from a truck mixer always need a pump?
No. If the truck mixer can safely stand next to the element, the concrete can be discharged by chute. If the placing point is further away or higher up, you need to assess whether the concrete can be pumped. Agree the unloading method when you order.
Is Saturday delivery possible?
Yes (7:00–17:00), but every Saturday delivery has to be confirmed for the specific date — do not assume that Saturday is automatically available.
What if the truck cannot reach the element?
Before you order, another position for the truck and the option of using a pump need to be assessed. Once the concrete has arrived, there is much less time to change the arrangements.
Do you charge for longer unloading?
We give the waiting and unloading terms in the quote. Ask about them when you order, especially if your crew plans to take the concrete more slowly.
Can several trucks arrive one after another?
The schedule is agreed to suit the quantity of concrete, the route and the pace of work. Tell us about a larger pour early so that a realistic schedule of loads can be set.
What should I do if the weather forecast changes?
Contact the office as soon as possible. Together with the person running the site, assess whether suitable protection for the concrete can be arranged or whether the date has to change.
